As the deployment of distributed generation and other DERs continues to expand, traditional tariff structures are increasingly challenged by the need to reflect the value of services provided by these resources. The report examines the implications of DER integration for tariff design and outlines approaches for allocating costs and remunerating services received or provided by different system users.
