Dear Leaders,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this wonderful occasion of your inauguration, may God bless you abundantly and give you the strength, wisdom and protection to enable you to undertake the duties and responsibilities that God has entrusted you with, as well as to fulfil your purpose as indicated in Eph 2:10: For we are God\u2019s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ephesians 3:14-21 (NI V)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paul\u2019s Prayer for the Ephesians<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

14 <\/sup><\/em>For this reason I kneel before the Father, 15 <\/sup>from whom every family[<\/sup><\/em>a<\/sup><\/em><\/a>]<\/sup><\/em> in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16 <\/sup>I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 <\/sup>so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 <\/sup>may have power, together with all the Lord\u2019s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 <\/sup>and to know this love that surpasses knowledge\u2014that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

20 <\/sup><\/em>Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 <\/sup>to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In view of this occasion, let us take some time to meditate on these 5P\u2019s of leadership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 5 P\u2019s of leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Place-\u00a0<\/strong>think about where you are in your walk with God and where you are going. Also, about your position at Watershed College and where you are going afterwards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Purpose \u2013<\/strong>think about what you have been called by God to do and how obedient to it have you been so far;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Plan \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0have you grasped how to do what God has called you to do? Are you following God\u2019s plan or are you walking in your understanding?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Process-<\/strong>\u00a0think about what you are going through and what needs to be eliminated out of your life in order for you to walk fully in God\u2019s plan for your life and as a leader of the Watershed student body;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Provision-<\/strong>\u00a0have you become aware of what God will give you as a result of your obedience to His calling and His plan?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Benediction Jude 24-26<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Now unto Him who is able to keep<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Able to keep you from falling<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    And present you faultless<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Before the presence of His glory<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    With exceeding joy<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To the only wise God our Saviour<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Be glory and majesty<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Dominion and power<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Both now and forever<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Amen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
