Watershed College was born like all other things, out of a dream. What made the Watershed dream a success, was the unwavering determination and single-mindedness of the founding parents. This is a quality which has transcended the years; from 1987, when the school opened its doors to the present day.
At Watershed College, we are a community of learners. We aim therefore to expose our students to a range of different contexts for learning both in and out of the classroom, where they are challenged to apply and then grow their current level of understanding.
History, geography and society, explored through discussion and context. Students build perspective on the past and the world they’re growing into.
Hands-on enquiry across biology, chemistry and physics. Students learn to question, test and understand the world around them.
From foundational number sense to advanced problem-solving. Learners develop logical thinking they’ll carry well beyond the classroom.
Confident communicators in more than one tongue. Students build fluency, comprehension and cultural awareness through structured, real-world practice.
A Word From Our Head
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Eph 2:10
